3 YEARS IN THE MAKING

Prior to launching in December 2018, we spent 2 years testing the waters with our creations before even trying to get licensed.  In the fall of 2016, after using up all of our friends as beta testers, we had a big old barn BBQ at a friend's house on the north fork of Long Island.  Bringing in 4 selections to serve with a variety of different foods to about 50 strangers was a good litmus test.  We acted as guests and just listened in, the results were awesome !! 

We spent another year doing similar events and trying different brews, always taking note of  what people were saying, then taking that back to the lab to improve on our recipes that were already getting good reviews.

Well we took that and moved forward and 2019 will mark the official launch of our inaugural brew, Harrison's Blonde.
